Fixation of the talocrural joint in physiological position with ability of active walking in ordinary footwear with predetermined volume of movement in the talocrural joint. Pelmatic bending is blocked. Appointed to ICP patients, patients with damage of peripheral nerves, head and spinal cord of various ethiology. For treatment and prevention of equinus, valgus and varus foot deformations in the rehabilitation period after traumas and operations the lower third part of shank, talocrural joint and foot.
